Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.

For any damages or other issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer a prepaid return label to make the returns process easier. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return label. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive back to us within 15 days of the date you received it. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the complimentary return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information.

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to print out and include our Returns Form when mailing your return to the address below:
